Our development team will guide you through the model, the operations, the tech, and process. Then join our HQ team for a Discovery Day to experience the brand experience first-hand.
3. Location Selection
After you’re awarded a franchise, our team will work with you to determine which territory is best for you, pending availability. You’ll work with our Real Estate experts to find and sign the ideal spot for your facility.
4. Construction
Our Real Estate and Construction teams will support you through zoning, permitting, architecture and design, MEPs, selecting local contractors, and building out your new Another Nine location.
5. Technology
Before opening, we’ll guide you through the tech implementation — simulators, screens, cameras, access management. Then we’ll get everything connected to A9OS so your facility runs autonomously.
6. Marketing
Our HQ Marketing team will coach you through the Grand Opening Marketing Playbook where you’ll tell your story and build the hype to start generating revenue even before you officially open your doors.
